God know. See v. 23. 23 For they have done outrageous things in Israel; they have committed adultery with their neighbors’ wives and in my name have spoken lies, which I did not tell them to do. I know it and am a witness to it,” declares the LORD.
This appearances to the contrary notwithstanding, the Lord has not forgotten his people. prosper, and not…harm. God is the ultimate source of both prosperity and disaster (see Isa 45:7).
We often believe that our bad circumstances are due to our bad lifestyle and sins. It could be true. However, God knows all these things and He still has better plans for us. His plans are to “plans to prosper you and not to harm” which shows His sovereign control over our lives.
A promise of plans to prosper – in intercession
Whatever the history and the circumstances of a person may be, God has His own plans. These are good plans, plans to prosper and not to harm you.
